1. Quality First

As a professional garlic supplier, we take quality control seriously. All products are strictly inspected before shipment and meet SASO certification standards.

2. Quality Claims

If you receive products that do not meet agreed specifications:

  • Notification period: Contact us within 7 working days of receipt

  • Required evidence: Provide clear photos/videos showing the issue (e.g., mould, germination, damage)

  • Sample retention: Keep at least 5% of the suspected batch for inspection

3. Resolution Options

Depending on the situation, we offer:

  • Replacement: Send qualifying products on your next order

  • Credit note: Apply the value to future purchases

  • Partial refund: Negotiated based on actual damage ratio

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products received more than 30 days ago

  • Issues caused by improper storage (temperature/humidity not following our guidelines)

  • Normal color variations within agreed grade (e.g., Normal White grade)

  • Disputes after repackaging or processing by buyer

5. Dubai Stock Advantage

For purchases from our Dubai warehouse, you are welcome to inspect goods before pickup. This eliminates most quality disputes.

6. Return Process & Costs

  • Return shipping cost: For quality-related issues, we cover the return shipping cost. For other reasons, the buyer is responsible.

  • Refund timeline: Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, refunds are processed within 7 business days. The credit may take additional 3-5 days to appear in your account depending on your bank.

  • Return address: Will be provided upon request approval. Please contact us first – do not send returns without authorization.
