2. Dubai Warehouse – Instant Pickup

We maintain temperature-controlled stock (0-5°C) at our Dubai facility:

3. Shipping Conditions (Important)

To ensure garlic arrives in perfect condition:

  • Temperature: Maintained at -1°C to 0°C for sea freight

  • Humidity: 85-90% RH throughout transit

  • Ventilation: 25-30 CFM airflow to prevent condensation

  • Pre-cooling: 24 hours pre-cooling before loading

4. Container Options

  • 20ft Reefer: Approx. 20-22 tons

  • 40ft Reefer: Approx. 26-28 tons

  • 40ft High Cube Reefer: For palletized stacking

5. Documentation Provided

Every shipment includes:

  • ✅ Commercial Invoice

  • ✅ Packing List

  • ✅ Bill of Lading (B/L)

  • ✅ Certificate of Origin

  • ✅ Phytosanitary Certificate

  • ✅ SASO Certificate (for Saudi shipments)

  • ✅ Temperature Recorder Report

6. Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive:

  • Container number and BL number

  • Shipping line tracking link

  • Estimated arrival date

  • Our local contact for arrival coordination

7. Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

  • Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery timeframes: The transit times listed above are estimates. Actual delivery may vary based on customs clearance and local carrier schedules.

  • Business days note: All timelines refer to business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).

We currently ship to: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, and other GCC countries upon request.
